This webinar is intended to bring together representatives from a broad cross-section of colleges and universities to learn more about how social media has been leveraged to promote positive health behaviors related to COVID-19. A CDC representative who specializes in health communication will share social media best practices including strategies for reaching young people 18-24. Representatives from Boston University, Georgia State University, Pennsylvania State University, and Xavier University of Louisiana will share how they have used social media as part of their institution’s COVID-19 response.
