Manual Medicine Series

2021 Manual Medicine Schedule

The manual medicine courses are restricted to licensed D.O.s, M.D.s, P.T.s and D.D.S.s. Courses are designed to build upon each other. Therefore, attendance is allowed only to those who have had the prerequisite training. Click here for series sequencing.

Registration

Registration is accepted via check or credit card. Due to MSU’s credit card security standards we are unable to process any credit card registrations by phone or fax. Early bird tuition must be paid in full 30 days prior to the start date of the course. Preregistration is required and the participant must attend the entire course to receive credit and to advance to the next level of courses.

Registration is contingent upon any prerequisites, available class slots, and clearance of payment. A confirmation letter with the course details will be emailed to the email address provided upon registration.

Attendance Policy

In order to participate in a Manual Medicine class, you must be able to attend the full course. Partial attendance is not allowed.

Cancellation Policy

A full refund is available up to one month prior to the start of the course; A 50% refund is available 2-4 weeks prior to the course. After this period, tuition paid is non-refundable. Please email your cancellation to cme@com.msu.edu. Expenses incurred by participants due to course cancellations are not the responsibility of the Office of Continuing Medical Education. 

Housing

We have a group block available at the TownePlace Suites in East Lansing. Mention the course that you are attending through the College of Osteopathic Medicine to ensure you receive the conference rate. Reservations must be made at least 30 days prior to the start date. 

Transportation

A daily shuttle will be provided to and from TownePlace Suites to East Fee Hall. 

Parking

Upon paid registration you will receive a confirmation letter along with parking information. MSU has implemented “Pay-by-Plate” for parking on campus and you will receive a code to use closer to the date of the course. Parking is free on the weekends.

Accreditation

The Michigan State University College of Osteopathic Medicine is accredited by the American Osteopathic Association and the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education to provide continuing medical education for physicians.

AOA Credit

This program is designated for a maximum of 352.75 of AOA Category 1-A credits and will report CME and specialty credits commensurate with the extent of the physician's participation in this activity.

AMA Credit

This live activity is designated for a maximum of 352.75 AMA PRA Category 1 credits. Physicians should claim only the credit commensurate with the extent of their participation in the activity.
