Michelle Gallagher, D.O.

I obtained my medical degree at the Michigan State University College of Osteopathic Medicine and graduated in 2006. My dermatology training was completed with Greg Messenger MD after completing my pediatric training at Sparrow Hospital and MSU. I am board certified in pediatrics, a member of the Society for Pediatric Dermatology and make it a point to stay up to date with current medical literature. Practicing pediatric dermatology at Dr. Messenger’s office since 2009 has been a very rewarding career choice. I stay busy teaching pediatric and family practice residents through Michigan State, serving on the pediatric dermatology society education committee and lecturing to physicians all across the state.  In 2018, I took on a new challenge, coordinating and teaching the five week dermatology course at Michigan State’s Osteopathic Medical School.
