Julianne Purcell, Ed.D.

Dr. Purcell is the Director, Statewide Campus System and Designated Institutional Official. In her role as the Director the Statewide Campus System, she provides administrative oversite of the GME consortium operations including budgeting, staff supervision and resource allocation. In addition, she works with member hospitals and medical specialty Physician Advisory Committees (PACs) to develop resident education programs, evaluate programs for effectiveness and to ensure standards compliance. She also serve as the Designated Institutional Official for sponsored programs and provide community outreach through her role as Membership Liaison between MSUCOM SCS and its community based partner hospitals.
