Dr. Rebecca Malouin serves as Director of the Global Health Studies Program and Director of Research for the Institute for Global Health. She is a health services researcher with a specific interest in primary care. She received her Ph.D. and M.P.H. in international health from the Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health and a M.S. in epidemiology from Michigan State University.
