John M. Popovich, Jr., PhD, DPT, ATC was appointed as an Assistant Professor in the Department of Osteopathic Surgical Specialties in July 2015 after completing a post-doctoral fellowship at the MSU Center for Orthopedic Research. Dr. Popovich is a licensed physical therapist and certified athletic trainer. He earned his clinical and research doctorates from the University of Southern California. Kate serves as the Medicaid Enhanced Reimbursement (MER) program analyst. She works directly with MER-enrolled hospitals and provider groups on data management, invoicing and provider eligibility.She also enjoys assisting the College with student interviews.
